Psychological counseling


During psychological counseling I help you to find balance in your life, to find solutions to the problems tormenting you, to become able to manage your troubling emotions and to take control over your own life. During our conversations we will use (among others) visualisation, relaxation and psychodrama techniques and do written exercises in order to make our work together as efficient as possible.

Our conversations will be only between you and me so that you have the opportunity to share with me sincerely your problem and work in a trustful atmosphere on finding a solution to that.
