Coaching has become a very popular concept recently that can be found everywhere. But what does it mean?
A coach is a specialist who helps his or her clients develop their inner potentials. The coach does not give advice but supports the clients to develop their OWN unique solutions.
During a coaching session the coach supports this process of development with questions and special exercises.
During psychological counseling I help you to find balance in your life, to find solutions to the problems tormenting you, to become able to manage your troubling emotions and to take control over your own life. During our conversations we will use (among others) visualisation, relaxation and psychodrama techniques and do written exercises in order to make our work together as efficient as possible.
It may not have occurred to you yet that you can participate in a coaching session despite physically being thousands of kilometres away from your coach.
