Is coaching for me?


I think that every man may benefit from coaching but not in any life situation or period of life.

In order to determine whether coaching may be an appropriate solution for you please read through the 15 statements below and decide for each whether it applies to you in your current life situation or not. When you are done count how many statements are true for you.

  1. I have a goal that I truly want to achieve.

  2. I would like to be more satisfied with my current life or an area thereof.

  3. I have 30-60 minutes a week to spend on my own development.

  4. I take full responsibility for my life and my decisions.

  5. I am ready to take steps to achieve my goal.

  6. I am ready to give up the self-limiting behaviours preventing me from achieving my goal.

  7. I would like to try new solutions even if I am not completely sure they will work for me.

  8. I would like to try new solutions even if these are outside my comfort zone.

  9. I accept that change and development takes time.

  10. I will be open and sincere with my coach.

  11. If I feel I am not getting from my coach what I want to then I will tell her about my doubts sincerely.

  12. I am ready to participate in the pre-arranged meetings and will show up on time.

  13. I am ready to perform the tasks I undertake to perform between the coaching sessions.

  14. For me coaching is a valuable investment in my own future.

  15. I am ready to pay for the coaching sessions and to be responsible with my payments.

If you had at least 10 yes answers then coaching is probably a suitable solution for you to change your life and achieve your goals. In this case APPLY HERE for a complimentary session.

If the number of your yes answers was less than 10 then it looks coaching is not a suitable solution for you in this period of your life. However, in a few months’ time your life situation may change in such a way that will make this solution more suitable for you.
